Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DigitalDeep, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services including app development, website design, and branding. We aim to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with our work. However, due to the nature of custom digital services, we follow a transparent and fair refund & cancellation policy outlined below.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
- Clients may cancel a project before development begins. In such cases, a partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work already done.
- If the project is already in progress, no full refund will be issued. However, we may refund any unused portion of the advance after deducting work hours and resources used.
2. Project Cancellation by DigitalDeep
If we are unable to complete a project due to internal reasons (team unavailability, technical issues, etc.), the client will receive a full or partial refund depending on the progress stage.
3. Refunds Not Applicable
- Full refunds will not be given once the final project has been delivered and approved by the client.
- No refunds are offered for completed design, code, or assets that the client has already accepted or downloaded.
- Domain, hosting, and third-party service charges are non-refundable.
4. Timeline for Refund
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or as agreed upon.
